OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OPEN

Please register for an account at the IESC facility in Corsica before the application deadline of 15/6/12. Click on the link Attendance and then on the Access button next to the name of the school. You will receive an email informing you that your account has been created. Please then login (by again following Attendance followed by Access) and complete the form. You will receive a second email confirming your participation (subject to approval). You will then be prompted to register your accommodation requirements. You will need to pay the registration fee in advance (see below).

Accommodation at the school is usually only available from Monday July 23nd through to the morning of Saturday August 4th. Attendees choosing to adopt another schedule should ensure that they have made additional arrangements well in advance as accommodation can be scarce in July and August in Corsica.

Fees

The combined registration fee of 750 EUR will cover registration, all lunches, a conference banquet and also include accommodation in a shared room and is payable before 30/6/12. Any additional charges for non-standard accommodation can be paid on arrival at the IESC facility in Corsica.

ICAM support for US-based participants

ICAM has kindly offered a number of bursaries that will cover the entire combinded registration fee for up to 30 US participants. Please email us if you believe that you need one of these bursaries. ICAM may also be able to reimburse some travel expenses for a much smaller number of US participants in genuine need. If you don't have any alternative sources of funding to cover travel expenses please email. [Since ICAM are federally funded to be eligible for this support US participants MUST fly on US owned airlines (exceptions cannot be made on the basis of the price of the airfare and/or convenience to the traveler).]

Limited additional funding will be available to support participants from developing countries. Please indicate any needs by email.
