Undergraduate Study in the Department of Psychology
The Department of Psychology offers courses leading to the degree of
BSc in Psychology. It is also possible to take joint honours BA degrees involving
courses in the departments of Philosophy or Education.
In the first year of study, single honours students take four courses,
three in the Psychology Department, and one option course.
In the second year, students take eight specialised half-courses. In the final
year, students undertake a project and choose from a range of option courses.
