The Great Lakes Geometry Conference is a well-established international conference series held annually in the Great Lakes region, rotating among different universities. The theme of this year's conference is 4-manifold and gauge theory.

It is also the occasion to celebrate Ronald Fintushel's retirement. Prof. Fintushel is a founder of Great Lakes Geometry Conference Series and has made profound contributions to the 4-manifold theory.

Lectures will begin in the afternoon of Friday the 13th around 3:30 pm, to accommodate participants who are traveling that day. Likewise, talks will finish by noon on Sunday the 15th.

Partial support available for graduate students, postdocs and other early career researchers. Please specify in the registration form.

There are AMS sessions on Floer Homology, Gauge Theory, and Symplectic Geometry at MSU in the same weekend. Especially, there will be talks on Sunday afternoon.
