Sunday 6:00pm - 7:00pm - 3 lanes,
Monday 5:00pm - 6:00pm - 1 lane. This session is for novices and people wanting to do technique work. Expect lots of drills with the odd 50m and 100m swim,
Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm - 2 lanes. Still lots of drills but much longer session,
Misc during the week - for people wanting some extra work we can meet up some lunchtimes.
Saturday. Meet at 10am at the Sports Centre. Groups going out, expect to do 40km to 60km (2 to 3 hours). All welcome, no-one left behind.
Sunday. Indoor bike session in the Studio. Start at 10am (prompt).
We do virtually all our runs with the Athletics Club - check out their website for details.
Wednesday 7:30pm - 9:00pm in the Studio. A good session to get those abs in order for the New Year.
Weights / Circuits
These are pretty ad-hoc and are not official training sessions.
We are putting together a set of 'power circuits' for people to do either on their own or in small groups.
BUT there are generally some team members training most nights. BEST is to talk to people during other sessions to find a training buddy.
