Terms and conditions (the small print!)
Delegate registration forms and full payments must be received by Warwick University to confirm your place. A refund (less �30 administration charge) will be made on cancellation of any booking, providing it is received before 1 March 2003. Thereafter, the full amount is required. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the beginning of the conference. However, if substitutions occur between 1 March 2003 and the start of the conference an additional charge of �30 will be incurred to cover additional administration costs. Additional copies of the proceedings can be purchased at �30 each.
Any information you provide will be held securely by Warwick University. Submitting the form will be taken as permission to use your data for the purposes of conference administration, passing to UKAIS and UKAIS 2004 organisers.
We will e-mail you with confirmation that we have received your booking. Your registration will also trigger our invoicing procedures.
