The interactive group theory of arithmetically equivalent fields

Bart DE SMIT (Leiden)

Abstract: This talk is about the classification of all possible Galois configurations of pairs of non-isomorphic number fields with the same zeta-function. This classification is now complete for solvable groups, and for extensions up to degree 22. These results stem from a combination of both computational and purely group-theoretic methods.
