Title: Nakayama-Zariski decomposition, finite generation and other stories.
Abstract: In this talk, I will introduce the (b-divisorial) Nakayama-Zariski decomposition, and will show how, under the hypothesis of finite generation, it can be used to recover Shokurov's polytopes and to describe the relationship between different end products of the MMP on a klt pair (X, D).
