Learning Seminar on Moduli of Flat Structures/Abelian Differentials

Term 1 and 2 2015/16

In this seminar we will learn about strata in the moduli space of flat structures, otherwise known as moduli spaces of abelian differentials, or moduli spaces of canonical divisors. The aim is to communicate between algebraic geometers and topologists/dynamicists, and we will try to make talks accessible to all. Talk to Diane Maclagan or John Smillie if you'd like to volunteer to talk, or to get on the mailing list.

The seminar will take place Mondays at 12pm in B3.01. There will be occasional non-Mondays.
